WOD: Saturday 8/11

Saturday:
WU: 3rds/5min: (15) back extensions, (12) breakdancers, 40 DU/120 SU, (15) squats
Partner: 2 rounds, 30sec each & switch: Over unders (one px in down dog as another crawls under), push up & high-5s

Done in partners or groups of 3 (with either everyone working or one person resting)
80 Med Ball cleans, while partner holds challenging weight (as much as they can safely clean up to racked position) in the Front rack position
80 Burpees, while partner does deadlifts
80 Thrusters, RX: 95/65 pounds, while partner holds plank
**Partners may switch during each exercise but repetitions will only count while the other partner is holding the required position.

Challenges (count max reps):
2min crunches
2min push ups
2min KB swings
