<p>to see what valuable lessons I’ve learned, so I can better</p>

<p>help you achieve your health, fat loss, and body transformation goals.</p>

<p>avoid learning their lessons the hard, slow, and painful way.</p>

<p>IMPORTANT NOTE: True Learning results in behavior change,</p>

<p>if there’s no behavior change it’s just fact collecting,</p>

<p>which does not accomplish anything.</p>

<p>I know this because I've spent a lot of time "fact collecting"</p>

<p>with nothing to show for it.</p>

<p>Applying just one good lesson from 2009 will matter so much</p>

<p>more than memorizing your lessons and thinking about them.</p>

<p>1.  You don’t have to do it on your own – as a matter of fact</p>

<p>I think it’s impossible to do it on your own.</p>
