CLASS SCHEDULE:


 

Green = Boot Camp Classes (higher intensity, faster paced, assumes basic knowledge & implementation of proper form)

Yellow = Elements Classes (zero-impact, lower intensity, focus on learning mechanics, pre-habbing and rehabbing injuries, waking up dormant muscles)

Red = Check-In Times (all members Check-In with a coach 1-on-1 once a month to touch on goals, progress, obstacles and set action steps)

Purple = Initial Consultation Times (available for prospective clients to book an initial 1-on-1 consultation with one of the Innate Fitness coaches)

Grey = Small Group Training (similar to Elements, but in a small group setting (8 or fewer) for additional individual attention)

Blue = Group On Ramp (group on ramp will give you the tools you need to succeed in Boot Camp classes)
