Paleo Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients

1 Pink Lady Apple, diced

1 Handful Mixed Nuts (Almond, Walnut, Pecan, Raisin, Rolled Date)

1 TBLSP Honey

Cinnamon, to taste

4 TBSLP Flaked Coconut Butter

Preparation

Slice apple into 16 long pieces, then dice to desired size, add to bowl. Add on top a handful of Nut Mix and the flaked coconut butter. Drizzle lightly with honey and then dust with cinnamon. Stir. Best served immediately.

Great For

Nutritious dessert, weaning family members off of processed sugar, and enjoying on hot summer evenings.
