
Ingredients
1 Lb Dey Dey’s Ground Beef
1 Medium White Sweet Onion, minced
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Bunch Basil, finely chopped
1/3 Cup Raw Feta Cheese
Season with Sea Salt, Pepper, Oregano to taste
2 TBLSP Balsamic Vinegar
1 Head Butter Leaf Lettuce

Preparation
Combine onion, basil, garlic, feta and seasonings with ground beef. Once combined add balsamic vinegar, mix in with ground beef but be careful not to over kneed the meat.
Cook like a normal burger (**NOTE** when using Dey Dey’s meat it cooks faster (about 3/4 of the time because it is 100% Grass Fed) – watch the clock or lower the temp)
Forget the bun and use a piece of butter leaf lettuce for a wrap.
Grilled veggies for a side
2 zucchini, 1 eggplant, and 1med onion
Preparation
Slice/chop veggies, place in bowl with 3 TBLSP Olive Oil, sprinkle with Sea Salt, Garlic, Oregano. Toss and mix. Make foil tent, place veggies in it, place on grill (or stove top). Grill ~ 20 minutes.
