Easy Healthy: Broiled Kale Crisps

easy-healthy-braised-kale-crisps

Ingredients

1 bunch Kale, torn into bite size pieces
1/2 TSP Sea Salt
2-3 TBSLP Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, minced

Preparation

Preheat broiler, move rack to middle, toss all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Coat leaves well with olive oil, salt, and garlic. Spread onto baking sheet, broil 4-6 minutes until crispy – KEEP AN EYE ON IT! Can burn very easily. You may have to pull baking sheet out and redistribute pieces to get evenly cooked.

Great For

Healthy party snacks, crispy and flavorful munchies for making in advance – beats potato chips any day!
