These are some of the thoughts and questions that have fueled my passion for health and fitness.
Thanks to my older brother, who is an amazing wellness chiropractor, I’ve had more than a decade of experience developing my skills and expertise in human body transformation.
My interest and passion in health and fitness developed early not because I wanted to get super big and buff, but because I just loved the way it made me look and feel.
For me fitness is proof that I can control my life and create something with a simple thought – “I want to feel good and change my body”.
Fitness has given me confidence, helped me connect to my body and has been an amazing part of my life.
Life hasn’t always been awesome though. When I was a senior in high school my body started to hurt. I had knee pain, back pain, and weakness that kept me from moving forward and getting the results I wanted for 6 years.
It was during this time that I began learning everything I could about the human body and exercise.
I read a lot of books about health and fitness. I found amazing teachers and mentors.
At one point I thought I knew it all, and that’s when I really got hurt. My lower back felt like it exploded when I was picking up some light weights during a workout in February 2008.
After a slow recovery I started from scratch and learned how to build a solid foundation (hint: it’s all about the core, cliche I know, but it’s true).
The realization that I will never know it all, and that I can always improve my ability to help people make amazing changes is what keeps me excited to never stop learning.
I believe it is your birthright to be strong, confident and feel great, and I want to help you get there.

Casey
I was formerly the chubby kid with bad acne and glasses. I didn’t have the muscles like the other kids did and I didn’t have a whole lot of confidence. I had pretty bad posture too, brought about by my attempts to hide from the world I lived in.
I’ve made a lot of changes since that time, in my diet, my life, and my self-perception. They weren’t easy, and the learning process was often quite painful. I suffered chronic knee pain for 4 years due to faulty mechanics, had terrible stomach aches due to the misguided “scientific” diet I followed, and had very little belief in myself and my capabilities. All of that pain kept me searching for a solution. Deep in my gut I knew life didn’t have to be painful!
My eyes were opened when I met my first mentor, Dr. Michael Luan. He got me on track to fix my mechanics. No more chronic knee pain. He taught me how to become a powerful solution based thinker instead of constantly focusing on problems. This was HUGE. Dr. Mike put me on a path to pursue my passion of helping people realize their inborn power to live the life they want!
Living well in the modern world is a tremendous challenge for a lot of people. I know from experience that it doesn’t have to be. It’s possible to have a body you love and NOT spend hours each day in the gym. It’s possible to experience the radiant health that is your birthright all the time. It’s possible to accomplish your life’s goals without sacrificing your health and time with your family.
All you have to do is commit to making it so. When you do, I’ll be there to help you along the way.

I’ve spent countless hours on treadmills and lifting weights, and all I ever got was heavier and muscle in unflattering places. I got so frustrated at one point that I stopped working out all together for two years! It got so bad that I honestly believed I didn’t need exercise in my life. A few months before my wedding I mustered up the energy to give exercise one last chance. As if by fate, I found Casey. I used to be a personal trainer myself, so I was a hard sell at first, but Casey wouldn’t take no for an answer! His precise and efficient training methods actually changed my body shape! I used to have saddlebags and cankles, but no more! Casey’s expertise in wellness nutrition then took my results over the top! I am simply amazed at how much has changed, and how much I love my beautifully feminine yet strong body.
