If you’re looking to lose weight by burning fat (and let’s be honest, who isn’t) then you need to be doing HIIT cardio. HIIT stands for Hi-Intensity Interval Training – this means short bursts of high intensity activity (1 minute, 30 second, even 10 seconds) followed by a short active rest period.
Long, slow, boring cardio is out. If you’re spending hours on the elliptical then you’re giving your excess body fat way too much credit. You’re also making your body more efficient – which is NOT what you want if you’re trying to burn fat and lose weight.

Don’t try and win by playing the # Calories Burned/Minute game. Give your body the right stimulus so that it can burn fat 24/7 and you can move on and do more important things.
Here are 5 Videos, each containing 5 exercises performed for 1 minute each designed to elevate your metabolism for the other 23 hours and 35 minutes of the day when you’re NOT working out. (If you can do all 5 rounds, you’re a champion!)
Give that a whirl and drop some comments below!

Like it! Nice camera work! Nice exercises/variety and the short time focus seems great!
Yea, guys!
PS – Suggestion put your cheat sheet on a flip chart size paper and place near camera to read them…. You could print out in large type and tape pages together if you don’t want to buy big paper.
Where’s the book to proof? Did you guys decide to do it yourselves? That’s good, if so; I am willing to do what I can if you like.
